Career Development - Students will assess their skills, abilities, values, personality traits as it relates to the teaching profession. Students will develop skills to excel in the teaching profession.

Teaching Experiences - Students will have opportunities for a variety of teaching and shadow experiences in schools and other agencies.

Educational Planning - Liaison will work with students to build the course work needed to be successful in completing a teaching degree.

Co-enrollment - Students will have opportunities to get a jump start in college while in high school.

Transfer Process - Students will experience a smooth transition from high school to the community college; and from the community college to the university.

College of Education Acceptance - Students will be admitted to the College of Education at ASU at the West Campus with a GPA 2.5 or higher with the completion of the Associates in Transfer Partnership Degree (ATP) or the Associate Arts Degree in Elementary Education (AAEE).

Scholarship and Financial Aid - Students will be provided assistance for financial aid, scholarships, and other financial resources.

Networking - Students will have opportunities to network with peers, teachers, advisors, and administrators from a wide variety of school settings.

College and University Tours - Students will participate in annual tours of Estrella Mountain Community College and Arizona State University West.

Student Services and Resources - Students will have access to counseling services, advisors, financial aid support, tutoring and college success workshops.

Student Life and Leadership - Students will have opportunities to be active in clubs and organizations with a strong emphasis in assuming leadership roles.
