Leadership

Beta Alpha Xi is constantly demonstrating its leadership abilities on our campus and in our community.  “Leadership is not a static condition.  It is a constantly changing process of developing yourself and helping to develop others.”  Beta Alpha Xi encourages members to take on leadership roles inside and outside of our chapter, spearheading efforts to make a difference for both members and our community.

As part of our continuing comprehensive leadership program:

• Beta Alpha Xi will include projects to enhance the leadership skills of our members.
• Our leadership projects will include activities that will offer leadership training to our college student body as a whole.
• Our leadership projects will include activities at Estrella Mountain Community College for which Beta Alpha Xi members play a leading role.
• Our leadership projects will include at least one leadership outreach activity in our community.
• Our leadership projects will include at least one leadership activity on the regional level.
