APPLICATION NAME	Resource 25 (also known as R25)
PURPOSE	To view and reserve rooms and outdoor areas across campus for academic and non-academic events. It is especially helpful for finding and checking the availability of spaces.

FUNCTION	Resource 25 is an application that allows events, meetings, and course sessions to be scheduled and rooms or spaces assigned or booked. It allows the scheduler, event coordinator, facility coordinator, or support person to search for suitable spaces that are available for the required date and time for an event. It allows scheduling and coordination of events from simple meetings to complex conferences. Schedule 25 is a companion application of Resource 25 that is used only by the Scheduler in the Office of Instruction to assign courses to classrooms for each semester.

LEVELS OF ACCESS	There are two ways to use/access Resource 25: 1) Webviewer Access and 2) Application Access Webviewer Access (Resource 25 Web Client - used by most people) The web client is used by the majority of users at each college. With a compatible web browser, you can view most rooms across campus by visiting the Resource 25 website. No account or special software is required. Learn which events are current, or “hot,” and view featured news and announcements. Request spaces, resources, and requirements for an event and track the progress of their request. View and act on tasks in their R25 workflow. Track events of personal interest in their own calendar.           (Italicized items require authorization) Application Access (Resource 25 Software Client) Used by a small group of people that manage space and requests scheduling events generated by people using the Resource 25 Web Client. An account is required. The only people requiring access to the application are the campus R25 administrators and event schedulers.  The R25 EMCC Campus Administrators: Susan Staal & Debra Sheldon.
GAIN ACCESS	R25 on Citrix Login URL https://stcitrix1.maricopa.edu/citrix/metaframe/default/default.aspx In order to get Citrix Access to R25 please contact the EMCC college R25 administrators, Debra Sheldon and Susan Staal, so that they can request a Maricopa Domain account for the R25 Development and R25 Production databases and security groups.
