E-Learning is an electronically supported instructional process that creates, fosters, delivers, assesses and facilitates student- centered interactive learning anytime and anywhere. The primary focus of the Employee Learning and Development for the past two years has been the development of the Hybrid Learning Program and the Online Program.
Hybrid courses are a blend of face-to-face instruction with online learning. Convenient for you and your lifestyle, Hybrid courses spend approximately half the time in class and half the time online.
Online classes can be accessed anywhere and anytime via the Internet and a Web Browser.
