Student Tuition Payment Plan

Estrella Mountain Community College is excited to offer the online student tuition payment plan through NBS/FACTS. The eCashier Payment Plan provides students a means to make monthly payments via Automatic Bank Payment (ACH) or credit card and gives them online access to their payment plan agreement.

Payment Plan Quick Facts

• Convenient online enrollment and online payments
• Monthly payment plan
• Flexible payment options
• Automatic payment processing
• No interest (this is not a loan but an extension of payment) 
• $20 enrollment fee per semester
• $1 enrollment fee for an immediate full payment (ACH only)
• Email notifications
• Automatic Bank Payment (ACH) from checking or savings
• Credit card accepted - Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover

Enrollment in the payment plan must be completed prior to 7:00 pm on the first tuition due date or class(es) may be dropped.

Steps to Enrollment in Payment Plan

1. Register for Spring, Summer and Fall classes:
   a. Online Registration – My.Maricopa.edu
   b. Call 623.935.8888 for Enrollment Services Phone Registration
   c. Register On-Campus at Enrollment Services: Komatke Hall B 
2. Go to My.Maricopa.edu
3. Click on login
4. From Student Center under Finances header select Make a Payment
5. Select Pay By eCheck/Payment Plan
6. Select Payment Plan
7. A new window willl open with NBS eCashier Automatic Payment Program
8. Thoroughly read information on page
9. Click Proceed button
10. You will need the following information to setup a payment plan:
    a. Personal email address
    c. Name, address, and email address of the person responsible for making monthly payments
    d. Banking information for ACH payments – including bank name, address, telephone number, bank routing number and checking or saving account number
    e. Credit card information – including credit card number and expiration date.
11. Follow steps in NBS/FACTS eCashier to establish payment plan.
