FACILITIES HELPDESK REQUEST FORM
FACILITIES RELATED EMERGENCY
In the case of a facilities related emergency during normal office hours of 8:00 a.m. thru 6:00 p.m. Mon- through Friday please use our Facilities Helpdesk or call 935 8294.
Examples of facility related emergencies:
- Power outage
- Heat or air conditioning problems
- Restroom leaks or blockage
- Major leaks or spills
During non-office hours please call College Public Safety @ 935 8915 first, then if no answer call their cellular phone @ 623 262 5977. Our Public Safety Officers will contact or recall the appropriate staff or take immediate corrective action.
NON-EMERGENCY FACILITIES HELP
The Facilities Helpdesk Request form is the very best way to get assistance in non-emergency situations. Your requests are added to the Facilities work calendar and monitored closely. We request you send your helpdesk requests as early as possible, but no less than 2 weeks in advance, for special events--especially when reserving resources such as chairs, tables, pop-up tents, etc.
Examples of items you need to submit a facilities helpdesk request for:
- Bug or pest problems
- Folding chairs for exterior spaces
- Folding tables for exterior spaces
- Furniture repair
- Hanging of banners
- Messes requiring vacuuming
- File cabinet moving (must be empty)
- Light bulb replacement
- Moving heavy items
- Pop-up tent reservations
- Restroom restocking or cleanup
- Spills on carpet (small)
- Special cleaning needs
- Sprinklers turned off for exterior spaces
- Trash boxes for events
- Trash removal
