What if my employee stops working before the original RPS end date?

The RPS creator has to correct the RPS end date as soon as possible before the current pay period ends. If failure to enter revised end date during the period the employee stops working then the RPS originator should immediately enter the current date into the new RPS end date and email the District Office Payroll Specialist and CC the DL-EMC-Human Resources email regarding the problem so we can further assist.
