Time and Labor Information
Every two weeks everyone receives an announcement which reminds them of Time and Labor deadlines. If there are issues with the supervisor’s Time and Labor account, such as an employee forgetting to punch in or out, the Human Resource Office receives notice and alerts the supervisor of the discrepancy. The alert contains a campus deadline which is normally one (1) hour prior to District’s deadline. The campus deadline allows Human Resource to ensure that all Time and Labor discrepancies are resolved prior to District’s deadline in collaboration with supervisors.
It is critical, in order for payroll to run district-wide, that all discrepancies be resolved prior to District’s deadline. We wanted to take this opportunity to remind managers and supervisors of their responsibility to ensure all discrepancies of their employees be resolved prior to the campus deadline.
Time Acknowledgement
Maricopa County Community College District is implementing a new process where the supervisor is going to have to acknowledge prior auto-approved time. Click here for further information.
Online Assignments
Online Assignments are used when a full-time employee is providing services beyond the Faculty RFP (Faculty) or when the employee is performing services outside their job scope (Staff).
