Helpdesk and Client Support
The Estrella Mountain Community College Helpdesk provides assistance with any technical problems that faculty, staff or student are encountering with a computer, a software program or a peripheral. We are also responsible for setting up, and maintaining all campus computers and printers; installing all campus software; advising on appropriate hardware and software to accomplish faculty/student/staff goals; repairing equipment, familiarizing faculty and staff with operation of equipment, and a variety of other technology issues.
