Infrastructure and Systems Support
Infrastructure and Systems Support is key to providing continous support to students, staff and faculty by maintaining, monitoring and improving all campus IT systems. We support resourses such as servers, switches, routers, wireless, imaging deployment as well as application support.
We provide developement of special programs and report writing in addition to other form of campus technology communications.
Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining all campus network and security capabilities; ensuring the network has continual growth capacity to meet growing college needs; overseeing the installation of fiber optic and Category 6 network cabling in new construction and remodeled areas on campus; providing reliable wireless network coverage over the entire campus; setting up and maintaining all college server equipment, providing critical campus services; and ensuring critical campus information is backed up on a regular basis.
