Wireless
In most areas of the campus, we have 802.11 a/b/g/n wireless network access. This includes the patio areas. This means that if you own a device (such as a laptop, smart-phone, or tablet) that is 802.11 a/b/g/n - capable, you can access our network.
Only registered students, staff, and community members who have paid the campus use fee may use the wireless network. EMCC does not provide an open network for general use.
Network Name
The name of the wireless network is EMC_PUBLIC.
Connecting
When first trying to connect to it, you will be asked for a username and password. You should use your Active Directory credentials, the same ones you use to log onto campus computers. If you are trying to connect with a windows 7 device, please download follow the instructions above.
