Step 2: Submit a Student Information Form

EMCC has an open admission* policy. All new and returning students (those who were not enrolled in the previous semester) may begin the enrollment process by submitting information requested on the Student Information Form (SIF). Students may submit a SIF one of the following ways:

• Download and Print a Student Information Form (SIF).
  • Deliver completed SIF to Enrollment Services – Komatke Hall B
  • Mail completed SIF to Enrollment Services: 3000 N Dysart Road, Avondale, AZ 85323
  • Fax completed SIF to Enrollment Services: 623.935.8848
  • Allow 2-4 business days for processing before attempting to register online.
• Enter information online at: http://www.estrellamountain.edu/onlineservices/ using your Student ID and PIN

A Student Information Form can also be found in the Schedule of Classes, which is printed each semester.

*Students under age 18 who have not graduated from High School and do not have a GED need to go through Special Admissions to enroll. Call 623.935.8888 for information.
