Student Transcript Requests

Semester Grades:

Grades can be veiwed through My.maricopa.edu in Student Center under Maricopa Progress or Grades

Unofficial Transcripts:

Unofficial transcripts have no college seal and are printed on white paper.  Unofficial transcripts are free to the student and can be requested via online, in person, mail or fax.

Official Transcripts:

Offiicial transcripts are embossed with the College Seal and printed on offiicial transcript paper.  Transcripts are $5.00 per transcript.  Transcript fee(s) must be paid prior to release of the transcript.  Transcripts to sister Maricopa Community Colleges are free but require official request.  Transcripts can be requested via online, in person, mail and fax.   

There are four ways to obtain an Unofficial or Official transcript:

Online:    Go to My.maricopa.edu to request through the Student Center under Academics.  Payment by credit card is required for official transcripts at time of request through Student Center. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

In Person:    Complete the Transcript Request Form available through Enrollment Services in Komatke B.  Payment by cash, check or credit card is required for official transcripts at time of request.  A state issued photo ID or EMCC Student ID is required for processing of official or unofficial transcript requests.

US Mail:    Download and complete the Transcript Request Form.  Complete all sections of the form.  The student signature is required by federal law for the transcript request and payment by check (payable to EMCC), credit card is required at time of request.

Official transcripts will not be issued to students having outstanding debts to any of the Maricopa Community Colleges. The release of transcripts is governed by the guidance of the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974.
