Normal setup in the north or south community rooms is in clusters. A cluster consists of two tables bumped together in a 48" square with one to eight upholstered chairs surrounding the cluster. The above setup incur an additional fee of $30 per room.

Setup variations may not be available for weekday evenings, or Saturday events due to scheduling conflicts.

Also note that the entire community room arranged in a special setup doubles fee.

Conference rooms and classrooms are as-is for rentals.
