Roberta offers the following therapies:
- 7 STEP RELEASE MYOTHERAPY - Consists of a deep tissue massage combined with assisted stretches. Excellent for clients of all ages.
- SWEDISH - Light to strong therapeutic strokes. Your prescription for relaxation.
- HEALING TOUCH - Clothes on massage. Energy therapy for the whole body.
- ROCK AND UNLOCK - Clothes on or off. This is a soothing therapy that promotes relaxation.
- BODY TALK - Clothes on. This therapy is based on the body talk system. It allows your inner you (innate) to direct your therapist to address your needs: chronic pain, fibromyalgia, stress, emotional problems and other illnesses. It treats the entire body, is fairly new, and so effective that is boggles the mind.
- ACCUPRESSURE - Releasing pressure points on the meridians of the body or specific areas. This therapy was used by the Chinese over 2,000 years ago.
- FOOT MASSAGE - Acupressure for your feet. A must for tired feet.
