FitnessTrac is a web based software program developed for the management and tracking of fitness center records and data.  It is the software program used by the EMCC fitness center.  For students it can be used to track points, sign up for campus workshops, take quizzes and complete health histories.  Community participants can track their total work outs and access their other records as well.

FAQ’s

How do I log in to my FitnessTrac account?

            Once a student has enrolled in a fitness center course and completed their online HRA, they will have access to FitnessTrac   During the student's initial visit to the fitness center they will set up a user name and password in order to access their account.  If you forget your user name and password contact the fitness center front desk at one of your next work outs.

How do I track my attendance points?

            Upon logging into FitnessTrac, the initial screen available to students, documents any sections the student is registered in along with how many visits, hours that have been accrued.  In order to estimate total points earned for the semester simply add up visiting hours.

Instructions for FitnessTrac account set up & HRA

            Fitness center students will set up their FitnessTrac account and complete the online Health Risk Appraisal (HRA) during their initial visit to the fitness center.  This must be done prior to participation in any fitness center courses or facility usage.
