Group Exercise Class Schedule

For Fitness Center Student August 23rd - December 19th

  •    Mondays and Wednesdays Bootcamp 

           @ 6:20- 7:30pm.    

  •   Tuesdays and Thursdays: Core Work

           @  6:00-6:50am.

Class Descriptions:

 Boot Camp- A highly motivating, intense circuit class.  You will get a full body workout while doing a number of functional movements.

Core Work - The class will work your abdominals. The abs help support your back. Stengthen them and help you back at the same time.
