Massage Therapy
Is Massage the 21st Century Therapy?
Massage therapy is proven to work wonders in the treatment and relief of fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel syndrome, lower back pain, upper back pain, migraine headaches, and TMJ. Massages are excellent for relieving stress.
Here are some other areas that massage therapy is very effective and most people are unaware of:
- Emotional Distress
- Chemical Imbalance
- High Blood Pressure
- Chronic Pain
The latest research on massage therapy is found to parallel psychotherapy in the treatment for depression and anxiety. Above all else, massage therapy is an excellent way to pamper ones self in today’s world of extreme hurriedness. It is not so much a luxury as a necessity.
