Step 1

Admission Application /Student Information Form

Determine which admissions process is correct for you.

Submit a Student Information Form (SIF): download (pdf) | online (Admissions link on right)

  • Deliver completed SIF to Enrollment Services – Komatke Hall B
  • Mail completed SIF to Enrollment Services:

  • Fax completed SIF to Enrollment Services: 623.935.8848
Step 2

Placement Testing

Pick a time to take placement testing in Komatke B. Course placement testing takes approximately three hours.

  • Placement tests are required for students enrolling in English, Math, Reading, or English as a Second Language; courses for which English, Mathematics or Reading are prerequisite; degree seeking students; financial aid recipients. Testing information and sample test questions are available here.

Step 3

Advisement

Speak to one of our Academic Advisors to assist in developing educational plans consistent with your life goals and objectives.

  • Academic Advisors are available in Komatke Hall B on a walk-in-basis. Best times to speak with an Academic Advisor are during non-peak months, March through May.

Select classes after reviewing printed schedule or complete online listings.

Step 4

Registration

Students registering on campus should use the registration forms provided in the Enrollment Center. Students registering by fax or mail may use the Registration form located in the printed schedule.

  • Touch Tone Phone Registration: Call 480.731.8255 and press 10 for EMCC and follow voice response instructions.
  • Register On-Campus at Enrollment Services: Komatke Hall B

Step 5

Tuition and Fee Payment:

Tuition and fees are due at the time of registration or by the specified deadline on your student invoice. You are not officially enrolled until all your tuition and fees are paid in full. Payments for non-credit/community education classes are due at time of registration.
