Planning at Estrella Mountain Estrella Mountain maintains a college long term plan, a Strategic Plan and operational/divisional plans. All plans are updated continuously and formally reviewed at least once a year.Below you will find three documents related to our Strategic Planning Process. The first document is a Strategic Plan Graphic Model that illustrates the Estrella Mountain planning process and plan time frames. The second file is a one-page document that includes Estrella Mountain's six Strategic Directions and eighteen Institutional Priorities (this document is often referred to as our One-Page Strategic Plan). The third file is a full version of the Estrella Mountain Strategic Plan that includes the college Vision, Mission, Core Values, Strategic Directions, Institutional Priorities and annual strategic goals.
