Planning at Estrella Mountain Estrella Mountain maintains a college long term plan, a Strategic Plan and operational/divisional plans. All plans are updated continuously and formally reviewed at least once a year.Below you will find two documents related to our Strategic Planning Process. The first document is a Strategic Plan Graphic Model that illustrates the Estrella Mountain planning process and plan time frames. The second file includes Estrella Mountain's five Strategic Directions and sixteen Institutional Priorities.
