5. Quality Checking Class Data for Errors & Inconsistencies with Reports

6. Printed Class Schedule Publication

7. Open Classes for Registration & Class Status Processes
     Active (open), Cancelled, Stop Further Enrollment (closed) & Tentative (hold or pending)

8. End of Semester (Final Exams)
