Resource 25 (R25) Project Overview

Resource 25 is a third-party vendor solution purchased to assist Maricopa with scheduling activities and events.  R25 allows for quick space and resource scheduling; price quotes and billing; views of events by day, week, or month; custom-sorted lists and extensive reporting options.  The Web feature will provide a powerful and secure method of campus-wide communication, workflow and e-commerce potential.  CollegeNet, the maker of Resource 25, is a PeopleSoft partner, which allows for seamless interfacing with the new Student Information System.  This Project is also designed in three phases with the initial phase scheduled for implementation in late July or early August 2004. R25 Quick Start Guide (Looking and Booking Quick Start):
Tells how to perform basic R25 functions (6-page illustrated brochure).
R25 User Guide: Tells how to use R25 to perform the daily tasks related to event scheduling, including event creation and resource allocation; and how to retrieve data from the system in online or printed views and reports. Includes “quick start” exercises to help you get familiar with R25.
