Registration & Enrollment
You may register at our campus or by calling (623) 935-8888 or faxing your enrollment form to (623)935.8848. Payment is expected at the time of registration to ensure your place in class. Students are enrolled using their social security number, so please have your number ready. Your Social Security Number is generally used as the Student Identification Number. Students who choose not to disclose their social security number will have a Student Identification Number assigned. Classes are designed for adults 18 years and older unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to cancel a class if the minimum enrollment is not met.

Payment
Payment is expected at the time of registration to ensure your place in class. Students may pay for the class in the Komatke Hall Student Services office in person or by telephone at (623) 935-8888. Payment can be made by cash, check, or credit card.
Refunds
Class fees will be refunded in full for classes canceled by EMCC. Class fees will also be refunded if students withdraw from a class the day before the first class meeting. Failure to attend class does not guarantee being withdrawn or being eligible for a refund. Responsibility for withdrawing remains with the students. Students may withdraw from a class by contacting Admissions and Records in person or by telephone at (623) 935-8888.
Class Location & Room Assignments
Estrella Mountain Community College, 3000 Dysart Road, Avondale, AZ, is on the northwest corner of Dysart and Thomas Road. Classrooms are assigned just prior to the first class meeting; you will be notified by phone of the classroom location. For classes held on campus, it is recommended that students obtain a parking sticker which is available in the Student Services office in Komatke Hall. Other class locations are listed in the schedule.
