Sugar Flower Making
You will learn basic techniques for making life-like sugar flowers that can be used for cake decorating or in flower arrangements. Previous experience with fondant or gumpaste is helpful but not required. Gumpaste, coloring and wires are included in the supply fee of $10. Tools and other supplies will be provided for classroom use only. Please bring an apron, pen & paper.

Basic Hat Making
This beginning hat making class is designed for those who want to create their own hat. In this introductory class, you will learn the foundations of hat making. Each student will create a design and decorate their own crowning creation. Michelle Flowers has been teaching and making hats for over 15 years.

Memory Quilts

Photo Sharing Album
Make a one of a kind gift; add your family pictures to an 8 x 8 album. Bring up to 15 photos to personalize your album. You will learn how to crop the photos, adhere to the album, enhance with photo mounting paper or stickers and journal as you share special memories. Additional supplies may be purchased from the instructor to create additional albums at home.

Convert Vinyl Records and Cassettes to CD
Learn to convert vinyl records and music cassette tapes into digital files that play on your computer or made into CD’s, which will play in any CD, ipod, or mp3 player - by using the method of: a turntable, Plus Deck hardware (internal PC cassette deck) and a desktop PC computer. Two other methods will also be demonstrated, using new technology not requiring a PC, that records directly to either a CD, flash drive or Secure Digital (SD) media card.
