Kundalini Yoga is an ancient practice designed to develop self-mastery. The word "yoga" means "union". Kundalini Yoga is a very complete science that deals with the physical body, the triad of the body-mind-spirit, the subtle energies of the body (such as prana or life energy), and the chakras (energy centers in the body). It combines mental focus, breathing techniques, postures, mantras, relaxation, and meditation. The instructor is an international certified Kundalini Yoga instructor. Dress comfortably, go at your own pace, and enjoy.
