Uniforms and Knife Set
Estrella Mountain Culinary Studies Program requires that students obtain uniforms and a knife kit before the start of classes. All of these items can be obtained through Urban Chef Outfitters, L.L.C., and a current price list can be downloaded by clicking on the links below.
If you are a non-program student interested in taking a culinary course as an elective or for general interest, please download a copy of the current price list for Urban Chef Outfitters below (Culinary A.A.S. Baking and Pastry Certificate
We strongly recommend that students order uniforms one month before the start of the semester to ensure that they receive them before the first day of classes. A knife set is also required for the degree student to participate in each day’s production.
