Inspire.Teach is the name of Estrella Mountain Community College’s Teacher Education Program. It involves the entire pipeline of teacher preparation from high school to university to post-graduate course work. Through a variety of programs, Inspire.Teach branches across all aspects of teacher recruitment, preparation, pathway selection, and professional development.

For teaching candidates, Inspire.Teach offers a variety of courses and degree programs that transfer to all of Arizona’s public and private universities.  We offer classes and degrees for Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Special Education, and Secondary Education.

In addition, there are multiple opportunities to network and grow as a future teacher such as

• Future Teachers Club – guest speakers who are classroom teachers and administrators from local school districts
• Education Professions – annual visit by high school students to our campus
• Teacher Education 101 – a seminar to connect you with all of our university partners to decide the best path for you to become a teacher

Even if you already have your teaching certificate, Inspire.Teach offers continuing professional development opportunities in the areas of Structured English Immersion (SEI) and Gifted Education Endorsement.  Both of these programs lead to full endorsements on your certification.
