I will be serving as the PSA President representing Estrella Mountain Community College for the year 2008-2009. It is my goal to encourage and increase PSA involvement at campus meetings and events. It is my hope that you will allow me to be of service to you by communicating and meeting with me on a regular basis. It is vital to our present and future to have knowledge of our entitlements and work within those rights and responsibilities. I encourage each of you to assist me in finding ways to enhance our presence and create new possibilities.

The leaders who work most effectively, it seems to me, never say "I." And that's not because they have trained themselves not to say "I." They don't think "I." They think "we"; they think "team." They understand their job to be to make the team function. They accept responsibility and don't sidestep it, but "we" gets the credit.
