Use this form to make reservations for large group meetings in Regions Restaurant. Reservations will only be taken for lunch groups on the days that culinary classes meet, and are received on a first come, first serve basis. This form will be automatically submitted to the Culinary Department.

Note: To be given 24 hours in advance of event. Group will be charged for the guarantee number in the event that the number falls below original request.
Special Instructions:

We respectfully ask that we receive 2 weeks notice before the event, as it may have an effect on class schedules. This form must be completed before a reservation confirmation. In the event that a function is cancelled within 24 hours of the booked date, client will be charged the cost of the food purchased.
A gratuity charge of 15% will be automatically added to groups over 10 people. In addition, a 2% late charge will be added to the final bill of groups who arrive late (15 minutes or more). One hundred percent (100%) of all gratuity received is place in a fund that benefits our Culinary Students program.
