Welcome to the 2011 Accreditation Film Series section. As the consultant evaluator visit draws near, an understanding of the self-study and accreditation processes are critical to our success.
The Great Accreditation Adventure and Criterions III, IV & V is the third in a series of themed movie spoofs that are being released. The film series and quick two-minute survey are a fun way to gather information and increase your knowledge of the accreditation process.
Adventure Survey
Embark on your adventure by completing the survey using information from the video and poster. A downloadable poster is located to the right of the screen.

You must view the video or read the poster to select the best answer.
Prizes:
Grand Prize: It's not a trip to the far east, but travel is part of the adventure.
In November 2011, a grand prize will be awarded to one lucky person that has correctly completed the surveys. The more surveys you take the greater your chance to travel.
