Located in Estrella Hall, the Information Commons provides an open computing environment for students and staff. Knowledgeable learning support staff will assist you with:
- Completing assignments in Blackboard
- Logging in and password resetting
- Setting up wireless connection
- Printing
- Scanning
- Use of multimedia equipment
- Workshops by appointment on Blackboard navigation, Basics of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Technical assistance by phone and email for online and hybrid courses
- Technical support with Connect, MyMathLab and MyWritingLab
