The Learning Enhancement Center, located on the first floor of Estrella Hall offers free tutoring to all EMCC students. The center provides one-on-one tutoring or group study sessions.
Drop-in & appointment-based tutoring is available for the following:
- Writing in any courses
- English
- English as a Second Language (ESL students, please see Online Resources for you to practice)
- Reading
Tutoring for the following subjects is available by appointment only:
- Accounting
- Economics
- Spanish/German/Italian Language/Chinese
- Psychology 230
Students can make one appointment, per class, twice a week. Send an email to help@emcmail.maricopa.edu or call (623) 935 8189 for any tutoring questions and/or to make appointments.
