Beta Alpha Xi Chapter inaugurated its Mentor Awards Program in 2009 to recognize and honor Estrella Mountain Community College faculty and staff who have made a positive impact in the lives of students. All Estrella Mountain faculty and staff may be nominated as Phi Theta Kappa Mentors.
Mentor Nominations are submitted each fall and spring semester by newly-inducted members of Beta Alpha Xi Chapter. Awards thank Phi Theta Kappa Mentors for their dedication and commitment to the students of Estrella Mountain Community College and for their contributions to student learning and success.
