Math Success
Math Success serves as the college's core driver for student success in mathematics and is a vital link for students as they prepare for engineering and technical careers.
We have drop-in math tutoring (no appointment necessary) from opening to close for all Math courses offered at EMCC.
Cranium Café
The Academic Success Center uses Cranium Cafe to conduct virtual tutoring sessions. It allows our tutors to interact with students via video meetings, instant chat, screen sharing, and an interactive whiteboard space. Students who are currently enrolled in specific math and science courses can access Cranium Café using the following link: https://estrellamountain.craniumcafe.com/group/asc/lobby. You will need to enter your MEID and password to get access to the tutors.
To receive tutoring, students check in with an EMCC student ID or MEID at the front desk, Academic Success Center/Tutoring in Estrella Hall, South.
