Health Care Core Curriculum (HCC)
Health care occupations are one of the fastest growing career fields in the country today!
Based on the growing older population and an increased life expectancy, careers in health care are in demand in a variety of specialty areas. Whether your choice is Nursing, Radiology Technician, Medical Assistant, Dental Hygienist or any other healthcare occupation, the Health Core Curriculum is required at all Maricopa Community Colleges. The SouthWest Skill Center offers these classes independently year round. You may register for a single class in the HCC130 series, or for the entire HCC curriculum.
