Workforce Training & Development
Whether you want to change your career, upskill, reskill, or just want to learn something new, Community Education’s Workforce Training programs are for you! Our non-credit programs provide nationally recognized credentials to get you in and prepare you for the workforce quickly. We offer non-credit programs in a variety of formats:

In-Person: Programs offered at Estrella Mountain Community College at either our main campus in Avondale or our EMCC @ WestMEC facility in Buckeye. On-campus, in-person, traditional lecture style |

Live Online: Instructor-led, online classes with structured days and times that you will attend via a video conference platform (i.e. Zoom, Webex, and Google Meets). |

Self-Paced Online: Complete classes at your own pace at any time, anywhere. Although there is not a live component, many of the programs provide a dedicated one-on-one mentor and student support services while you complete your program. |
