Welcome to the new Admin Support checklist for scheduling resources. Below are the steps necessary for Admins to gain access and training to SIS, BOEXI, and 25Live.
Step 1: FERPA Compliance - In order to access college records, all employees must complete FERPA: Level II training.
Login using MEID and password at the Employee Learn Center
Navigate to Search for Training > Enter: FERPA: Level II into search bar. Click + icon to add
Step 2: Complete the SIS Access Request Form (form on this page) - Role: SIS Secretary and forward completed form to Ralph Campbell, Interim Director of Enrollment Services
Step 3: Once FERPA has been completed, please send your MEID to Nadine Johnson. Access to 25Live and BOEXI Reporting will then be requested.
Step 4: Once SIS Access has been granted, contact Nadine Johnson to schedule training for scheduling and staffing.
