In celebration of Black History Month, Estrella Mountain Community College (EMCC) presents cultural and community events that celebrate the achievements of Black Americans and the importance of civil rights in America.

The Southwest Black History Community Celebration is a family-friendly community event will highlight Black history, culture, and heritage in the Southwest Valley and feature food, crafts, vendor booths, and performances.

EMCC will be hosting Black History Month events throughout the month of February that feature learning, cultural experiences, film, art, and food. For the full calendar of events, visit our Events Calendar.
