English as a Second Language - ESL

The English as a Second Language (ESL) classes at Estrella Mountain Community College (EMCC) serve to bridge the communication gap for students who are not native speakers of English and those who need to improve their English and reading skills. By enrolling and completing the recommended classes, you can work to become more proficient in reading, writing and speaking English. Whether you are a professional needing to learn English to further your career, a student pursuing a degree, or simply want to learn English for personal enrichment, there are many ESL courses to help you reach your goal.
