Maricopa Emergency Management System Alert

 

   Police training will be taking place in front of the Montezuma Hall Courtyard that may involve some minor pedestrian traffic disruption and possible simulated gun fire. There will be signage in place to alert the public and 911 dispatchers will be aware of the training. The training exercises will be held on the following dates from 9am - 5pm: 8/5, 8/6, 8/8, 8/10, 8/12, 8/13.

 

Facility Waiver/Reduction Requests

Use of MCCCD facilities is the use of a public resource. Therefore, facilities use by non-MCCCD parties or MCCCD employees or Governing Board members for personal, business or non-MCCCD activities must be consistent with state law, Maricopa Governance policies and MCCCD administrative regulation. 

FEE REDUCTION, OR WAIVER, REQUESTS

Non-MCCCD parties or MCCCD employees or Governing Board members using facilities for personal, business or non-MCCCD activities must be charged rent.  These parties interested in applying for reduced or waived rent must complete the appropriate request for waiver form.

APPLY FOR reduced rent/waiver request

Download and complete the Waiver Request Form for your event and submit the completed form to the Vice President of Administrative Services for review. The President, or his designee, must sign the waiver to document compliance with criteria.
