FACILITIES RELATED EMERGENCY

In the case of a facilities related emergency during normal office hours of 8:00 A.M. thru 5:00 P.M. Monday - through Friday please call 623-935-8296 or use our Facilities Helpdesk

Examples of facility related emergencies:

  • Power outage
  • Heat or air conditioning problems
  • Restroom leaks or blockage
  • Major leaks or spills

During non-office hours (Weekdays after 5PM or Weekends) please call College Police Emergency #480-784-0911 or Non-Emergency # 480-784-0900. Our College Police Officers will contact or recall the appropriate staff or take immediate corrective action.

NON-EMERGENCY FACILITIES HELP

The Facilities Helpdesk Request form is the very best way to get assistance in non-emergency situations. Your requests are added to the Facilities work calendar and monitored closely. We request you send your helpdesk requests as early as possible, but no less than 2 weeks in advance.

Examples of items you need to submit a Facilities Helpdesk Request for:

  • Bug or pest problems
  • Furniture repair
  • Furniture replacement (provide funding source)
  • Hanging of banners
  • Messes requiring vacuuming/mopping
  • File cabinet moving (must be empty)
  • Light bulb replacement
  • Moving heavy items
  • Restroom restocking or cleanup
  • Spills on carpet (small)
  • Special cleaning needs
  • Sprinklers turned off for exterior spaces
  • Heating/Cooling needs
  • Trash removal
