Please review the quick reference guide on how to Retire/Terminate employee through HCM for all employees. Please follow the instructions listed below for separating employees.

Supervisors must:

  1. Forward the resignation/retirement letter for Full-Time employees through your supervisory chain up to the President for acceptance. Full-Time employee resignation/retirement needs to be accepted by the President. Skip to step (2) for all other types of employees. 
  2. Notify the HR office of the separation via email.
  3. Follow quick reference guide to terminate the employee in HCM
  4. Please complete Supervisor Separation Checklist, under downloads above and keep for your records.
