Yes, you can modify/approve time up to the last pay period.  If modifications need to be done to prior pay periods an Absence Adjustment form must be completed and submitted to EMCC HR.

If you are an alternate approver for another manger, you will be able to view their employees as well.  You should only approve your direct reports, unless instructed to approve on someone else’s behalf.

As a supervisor, you can establish the best business practice for your department i.e. paper timesheets.

In order to access the employees you have been assigned to as a Delegate in HCM, you must enter the Dept ID of the Dept you are designated to see in order for the employees to populate.

To make changes to a RPS employee's time log into HCM and follow this path: Manager Self Service ->Report Time -> Timesheet

The Supervisor's Report of Industrial Injury must be completed and forwarded to District Risk Management within 48 hours of the injury or illness. The Supervisor’s Report of Industrial Injury must be completed even if the employee does not seek medical treatment.
