As a supervisor, you can establish the best business practice for your department i.e. paper timesheets.

In order to access the employees you have been assigned to as a Delegate in HCM, you must enter the Dept ID of the Dept you are designated to see in order for the employees to populate.

To make changes to a RPS employee's time log into HCM and follow this path: Manager Self Service ->Report Time -> Timesheet

The Supervisor's Report of Industrial Injury must be completed and forwarded to District Risk Management within 48 hours of the injury or illness. The Supervisor’s Report of Industrial Injury must be completed even if the employee does not seek medical treatment.

Since the time was not entered and approved by the absence management deadline, it will not be included in the current pay period.  It will be automatically included in the following pay period.
