The Estrella Mountain Community College Helpdesk provides assistance with any technical problems that faculty or staff may be encountering with a computer, a software program or a peripheral.  We are also responsible for setting up, and maintaining all campus computers and printers; installing all campus software; advising on appropriate hardware and software to accomplish faculty/student/staff goals; repairing equipment, familiarizing faculty and staff with operation of equipment, and a variety of other technology issues.

When requesting assistance, please remember that the quickest way to get the technical help you need is to submit a call via the Help Desk either online by visiting https://maricopaccd.sysaidit.com,  or calling the Help Desk directly at 623-935-8999.

Students may request technology related assistance by contacting the Information Commons at 623-935-8151.

During the hectic first few weeks of the semester, we always get a sudden spike in Help Desk Requests and work as fast as we can to resolve them.  In order to serve you better, please remember that the best way to request technical assistance is to open a ticket by clicking on the Help Desk icon at our EMCC Homepage under the Employees Tab.
