What is the Strategic Enrollment Management Team? 

SEM takes a systemic approach to optimizing enrollment, and retention in support of completion through five key planning areas: Outreach and Recruitment, Community and Workforce Needs, Maximizing Resources and Technology, Sustainable Growth, and Retention and Engagement. This includes:

  • Predicting and sustaining enrollment taking into account economic and environmental trends
  • Ensuring the effective stewardship of public resources
  • Aligning enrollment strategies with Guided Pathways
