Attention Graduates: Car-mence-ment!

Car-mence-ment May 12

It's time to celebrate YOU!

This year we are having an in-person celebration, our first ever CAR-mence-ment Ceremony. Drive through campus to pick up your diploma cover, mortar board decorations, get your picture taken, pick up some swell EMCC swag, and have EMCC Faculty and Staff celebrate YOU!

EMCC 2021 graduates, family, friends, faculty, and staff are invited to this in-person, outdoor, and socially distanced celebration of our graduates' accomplishments.

Event: May 12, 7 a.m. - 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. - 8 p.m.

To participate in the CAR-mence-ment Ceremony, RSVP using the link sent to your Maricopa email on April 27.

On the day of the event, you will enter the campus by turning RIGHT off of Thomas Road and follow the balloons and volunteers to the Performing Arts Center (PAC) parking lot. If you qualify for an honors cord, you will receive it then, along with your diploma cover. You will have an opportunity to get your picture taken by GradImages (while remaining in the car), and you will then be announced by our DJ and drive through the EMCC cheering section.
