Walk your way to wellness at EMCC
These downloads take you to maps of walking (or jogging) routes around campus.
30 minutes of walking at least 4 days per week can
· re-energize you,
· help you lose weight,
· and reduce your risk of disease.
· Choose your distance, click the link, and follow the route.
· Most people can walk a mile comfortably in 20 minutes.
And, by the way .... that 30 minutes per day does not have to be continuous. You can break it up into 10 minute segments.
