Clubs & Orgs. Fundraising
All college clubs and organizations holding fundraisers (including in-kind donation requests) need to complete the Event Proposal Form provided by Student Life. This form provides the Office of Student Life & the Development Office with information about a proposed event by a club/organization that may include fundraising efforts. Form must be submitted by deadlines provided by Student Life depending on the event type. Upon submission, the event proposal will be reviewed and the club will be notified of approval. Please review the fundraising activity request procedures and submit the request electronically.
If your department will be fundraising, please contact the Development Office so we can be partners in your philanthropic efforts. It is important that we work together when pursing our community in requesting donations and/or funds. This will also insure proper documentation is processed with the Maricopa Foundation for all donations to the college. Including in-kind, equipment, gifts and funds.
