All incoming culinary students are required to attend one orientation session before beginning the program. At orientation, students will have the opportunity to learn more about the program, as well as the required uniforms and tool kits for program participation. Students will also get fitted for uniforms at orientation, so that they know which size to purchase at the book store.
The Culinary Institute at EMCC requires that students obtain uniforms and tool kits before the start of classes.
Uniforms and tool kits are available at the on-campus College Bookstore.
