All incoming culinary students are required to attend one orientation before beginning a program. At orientation, students will have the opportunity to order uniforms and supplies that are required to participate in the program. The Culinary Studies Institute at EMCC requires that students obtain uniforms and a tool kit before the start of classes. All of these items can be obtained through Urban Chef Outfitters, L.L.C., and a current price list can be downloaded by clicking on the links to the right. Please note that there are separate order forms for different programs (Culinary, Baking and Pastry).

As participants in the Culinary institute, students are required to obtain a Maricopa County Food Service Worker Certificate before the start of classes.
