Welcome to Advisement scheduling. Before you move forward to schedule your advisement appointment, please review the following information. Choosing the correct Field of Interest (FOI) for your program of study is critical.

Applied Technology - The Applied Technology Field of Interest programs give you the hands-on skills you need to design, develop, or repair high-tech equipment and processes. Students studying in these areas often find work after completing introductory classes and are able to expand their knowledge, skills, and education while earning a livable wage.

Behavioral Science and Human Services - Professionals in this field typically work with community members to identify problems and create and implement solutions. If you aspire to be a first responder, work in the court system, or provide counseling or social work/advocacy services, this Field of Interest offers you the training you need. Some Behavioral Science and Human Services students may go directly into positions, while others may pursue a bachelor’s degree at a four-year institution.

Visual and Performing Arts - If you are a creative thinker and like to communicate ideas through visual art, design, dance, music, or theatre, the Visual and Performing Arts Field of Interest may be the right choice for you. Visual and Performing Arts students gain hands-on foundational skills in their chosen mode of expression, including studio art, fashion design, interior design, acting, theatre production, vocal and instrumental performance, and film and audio production. Veterans Services Center - If you are a military member, veteran, or dependent, you can take advantage of our Veterans Center. They help students from all Fields of Interest (FOIs) who are using Military TA, VA education benefits, or MyCAA and will make sure that all of your courses can be funded using those benefits.
